Saving and investing your money
AAA Washington offers two important benefits to help our employees plan for retirement through a 401(k) Savings Plan:
- Employee Deferral Account: Through our 401(k) program, you can build a financially secure future. You can defer a portion of your income to go into our 401(k) with AAA Washington contributing a matching contribution of 50 cents to the dollar up to 6% of your eligible earnings. In addition, you may receive an additional discretionary matching contribution, based on company performance.
- Defined Contribution Account: Even if you aren’t participating in the deferral account, after one year of working at least 1000 hours, AAA Washington will contribute funds equaling 1% of your total eligible compensation.
AAA Membership and Employee Discounts
