We will need your name, membership number, membership expiration date, and phone number. We will also need to know the type of vehicle and its exact location; its license plate number; the nature of the difficulty; and the tow destination.
AAA Washington accepts online requests for road service 24-hours a day so you can be confident your service request will be handled promptly. To submit a request online you must be a registered user of AAA.com and be a current, valid member of AAA.
