Burke Museum

The Burke Museum is Washington state's museum of natural history and culture, located on the campus of the University of Washington since 1899. It features changing exhibits on topics ranging from coffee to fossils – focusing on recent discoveries in natural history and the finest traditional and contemporary cultural arts of the Pacific Northwest. The Burke is the only museum with a 12-foot mastodon and real dinosaur bones on view year-round.
